@leparks thank you so much! u really inspire me!

@reiyi When stuff is disconnected there is often a jerking of the head. Proof it’s working. You must have a lot of past trauma.

@asoria94 Thanks for your report. I hope the exam goes better than you thought.

OMG i have an exam tomorrow and im really stressed and this video is like magic! it works so well! whats the trick haha

Loren
Wow this is really good, I’m really trying to figure out who i am at the moment and getting rid of bad thinking patterns and habits ive developed over the years. I’ve been trying to figure out whether its from parents or schools or relationships. I didn’t think the buzzer would do anything but afterwards i found it much harder to find that horrible guilty feeling again, Thankyou so much I will definately be watching more videos from you
DISCONNECT ! i like it Loren
i got anxiety and depression at the moment, the doctor gave me pills called citalopram, been on them for a month and they sort out my anxiety and depression but they make me really bad tempered and angry all the time, also i think im a hypochondriac because i keep thinking im ill, one time a found a lump on my kneck and convinced myself i had cancer, i worried for about a year because i was to scared to go to the doc and when i eventually did he told me that its a gland LOL
My previous comment failed to post. I follow your instruction. I tried to think of things that cause my anxiety. I really focus on it. I think of two issues at the same time though. When the buzzer buzzed, my head shake like people cut electric shock. This is very unexpected. All 3 buzzes caused the same reaction. My anxiety did not subside. But now I feel tense, jittery, sleepy and a tendency to shake my head when every I said ‘shake’ or thought of the moment.
Now by body feels tense and jittery. I still feel anxious, but, I’m not going to try a second time for now. The head shaking is unexpected. I’m in the office. Can’t do it a second time in case my collegue will notice.
Time will tell. Loren
i started laughing when he rang the buzzer and said “DISCONNECT!”, duh… so maybe it worked
Thanks for letting me know. Loren
I got scared by the buzzer! And it worked, I feel less tense!
Thank you for posting this!
Thanks for writing. I need to know if the therapy is holding up. You can always play again if you slide but an explanat ory letter of the cause of the fall back would help me a lot.
Loren
Thank you! I have always been a hypochondriac, since I can remember. Always worried I have everything from Malaria to cancer to HIV. The anxiety thing really seemed to have done something because instead of feeling super shaky and worried, I suddenly found myself smiling, and I didn’t even try to smile. It’s like the smile just kind of found its way onto my face!
I am in Germany now. Wait until I get home about Dec. 13 and we can talk.
Thank you anyway, your videos are very helpful!
It is not my area of expertise.
what are examples of emotional reasons for being fat? is there a way to treat symptoms like increase motivation to exercise or to decrease appetite? i think that being fat and unhealthy is a growing problem in America. Thanks for all your videos.
No, just unhealthy.
I thought your area of expertise were for emotional issues?
If you’re fat, there’s a reason for it, an emotional one. This is not my area of expertise. I can make a file for a special food, but if you really don’t want to give it up, you won’t.
Can you make one for unwanted food temptations?
wow i can tell a difference.
This guy is so lovable.
